Secure the system (PROTOM)  is up to date according to vehicle specification acccording to physical assembled in a test object (either for first builds or rebuilds);
Manage all needed build instructions, documentation and concerned meetings (Assembly review, Powertrain Update Meeting, Sign-off…);
Create, anchor and follow up associated detailed time plans for the physical test objects;
Secure that Powertrain Project Build Plan is aligned with Vehicle Project Build Plan (in case of Powertrain test objects to be assembled in a vehicle).
Deliver Test Objects by leading, monitoring status from planning to delivery and initiate actions if needed;
Be the Product Build representative to Project Management Engineering  and Project Team.
The Powertrain Delevery Controller  have Quality, Delevery and Cost responsibility for Product builds towards the PME and Project;
To manage the project total build plan and keep it updated according to Project demands;
Chair or participate in regular or temporary decided meetings within the projects physical test object build process;
Lead or manage Product build internal work in the physical build process.

To utilize existing engineering tools, methods and processes and to follow general  Chassis & Vehicle Dynamic Engineering process according to the “Development Product Handbook “.
To contribute actively to Technology Development activities.
To have a stated responsibility for a component or part of a system, consequently being responsible for product cost and to support budget estimation by providing input in terms of material cost and development hours.
 Support verification plans, both virtual and physical, following DVP; elaborate technical descriptions for projects and to produce time- and activity plan leading the execution of activities for assigned areas, assuring homologation if necessary.
To follow up status and work with quality issues, run Protus cases and participate in Design Reviews; to participate in risk analysis, root cause analysis and FMEA’s.

To play a key role in a cross-functional network regarding the technical area by communicating with Global Technology Manager, Sub-System Component Team, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Project Management etc., and to, if needed, dialogue with suppliers regarding various technical issues, in order to anchor technical solutions from engineering.
