•Experience in Construction Equipment or related position
•Knowledge and understanding of Dealer Operations
•Understanding of Customer Solutions and Application operations
•Languages ( Spanish / English)
•Able to respond to frequent travel needs
•Manage the machine uptime in LAM to support Dealers and Customers to ensure minimum machine downtime.
•Customer relationship by common schedule with commercial team.
•Provide field technical support to end customers, assisting in trouble shooting to the Dealers.
•Forward of technical issues & queries when needed to the respective regional product support specialist.
•Follow up launching process and its related topics under dealer perspective.
•Field campaigns managing.
•Reports of product support development needs, problems and issues, especially in the areas of training, tooling, service and libraries aligned with regional program.
•Action plan management for better development of dealer service departament.
•Technical support to commercial area managers of parts and equipment.
