Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or other related and equivalent technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Experience with Project Manager, preferably with experience in working knowledge of sales, logistics, financial and administrative business functions.
Fluent in English required and Spanish/Portuguese (fluent in one, desirable in both).
Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals.

Understanding current and future business goals, aligning IT solutions to ensure business success.
Planning and monitoring the projects portfolio from the business side, developing schedules and methods for measuring results.
Evaluating and coordinating requirements and projects related with IT needs in different business areas.
Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion, while correctly estimating timelines, measure risk and devising mitigation strategies for identified risks.
Assembling and coordinating project team members, assigning individual responsibilities and assuring tasks are completed.
Developing annual budgets for information technology projects.
Supporting the different countries within tLAM, with technical doubts and knowledge regarding local IT projects.
Maintaining a state of the art technological knowledge base for benchmarking and evaluating best systems and applications for company use.
Where necessary, liaising with third party suppliers to ensure successful delivery of external IT services.
All activities to be done in close alignment with the global IT organization, following global tesa IT standards.
Implementing global solutions and adapting where necessary to local needs.
Being part of global tesa IT organization, participating in global and regional projects if needed.
