ATIVIDADES
Driving new products and maintain proper parts assortment for one of the most critical businesses of Genuine Volvo Parts (Cab and repairability business);
Formalize business case proposals by initiating and driving Product Modification Requests (PMRs) within area of responsibility;
Deliver Value Based Selling Sales argumentation content (Info to market companies);
To act as Volvo Trucks and Bus “customer voice” in tech streams into R&D, Purchasing, Service Market Logistics;
Manage parts assortment categories lifecycle (From launch to phase out) and design pricing strategies to ensure profitable growth;
Develop, adjust (e.g., fix the airplane during the fly) and maintain short term and long-term strategic vision for product roadmap (for internal stakeholders and customers);
Product development interface with Volvo Headquarters in Sweden and in Latin America;
Close cooperation and communication with commercial, dealership network and field service teams;
Enforce Intellectual Brand Protection Infringements (pirates) by prioritizing lawsuits, acting as subject matter expert at trade fairs and in connection with customs seizures in close cooperation with Volvo Group Intellectual Property and Volvo Trademark Holding to fight unfair competition.
