Experience in Project Management;
English proficiency, Spanish is a plus;
Microsoft Office advanced (Mainly MS Project and PowerPoint);

Ensure the project execution according to time, costs, budget and savings, reporting accordingly;
Monitor and control project performance, reporting status to top management;
Consolidate KPIs and create dashboards/analytics to support strategic decisions;
Identify and monitor the implementation of the necessary investments to improve the manufacturing processes;
Monitor and/or execute and record tests with equipment, raw materials and additives, molds and tools, when applicable;
Monitor tests with machines used in manufacturing processes, verifying the effectiveness and implementations (New or in use equipment);
Analyze feasibility of new projects in manufacturing processes;
Evaluate and implement strategic changes in the interface of product engineering, quality, supply chain and supplies with manufacturing;
Approve the development of new manufacturing processes;
Develop specifications for equipment, raw materials, molds and tools, analyze and simulate the machine/mold/tool load, according to the sales forecast and/or production plan;
Participate in and/or coordinate the selection of equipment for new projects and processes to increase production capacity;
Coordinate and/or plan preventive and corrective maintenance of Injection Molds and Machines;
Plan changes to the layout of the areas, reviewing material and value flow, methods and times following the principles of E.M.S.
