Master of Science (equivalent to Engineering degree in Brazil – Mechanical, Mechatronics or equivalent);
Good experience with quality tools (Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, etc);
Previous professional experience managing projects in the automotive product development field;
Good knowledge of heavy-duty truck application and how Driveline Systems impact transport solutions;
PMP certificate or Project Management formal education will be considered a merit;
Fluent in English and Portuguese (Written & Verbal).
ATIVIDADES
Perform quality investigations related to EATS;
Drive initiatives aiming to solve quality issues, acting by yourself or leading a team, being accountable for the complete development cycle – from early stages to solution implementation in factories and aftermarket;
Structure and lead technical development projects within EATS area, handling its scope and deliveries, defining and maintaining project plans, time plan and project costs;
Interface with a number of stakeholders (Operations, Purchasing, Dealers, Suppliers and other engineering and management teams), enabling proactive and constructive co-operation;
Be knowledgeable in medium duty / heavy duty EATS, actively working with product documentation tools, becoming a person other areas will refer to when required;
Be an active community member and contribute with continuous improvement initiatives.
