Mechanical Engineer degree;
Experience on automotive products as product development engineer;
Knowledge in chassis components and installations: electronic and conventional brake systems for commercial vehicles, pneumatic and electrical routing, brackets and supports on sheet metal, air drier installations;
3D CAD advanced knowledge, preferable software PTC/CREO (Pro/E);
Knowledge in application of Quality tools (Risk analysis, DFMEA, etc.);
Fluent in English (Written & Verbal);
Show high interest in technology development and product enhancement;
Customer oriented;
Knowledge in trucks and its applications;
Open, organized and motivated attitude;
Knowledge on Agile methodology;
Eager to learn quickly when facing new problems, analyzing areas for improvements;
Flexibility to perform a wide range of tasks, responding to changes in direction and priorities, and accepting new challenges, responsibilities and assignments.

Be responsible and lead the installation of the pneumatic and electrical components in the chassis: valves, brackets, pneumatic tubes and harness routing and its respective layouts;
Providing technical solutions and design work in CAD;
Elaborate documentation (3D models, drawings, technical regulations, technical descriptions, product structure and releases);
Provide the input in product and systems roadmaps;
Ensure the design fulfills the business targets and requirements;
Secure a continuous optimization of product quality and cost;
Elaborate validation plans and project timing plan;
Support Design Reviews, participate in risk analysis, root cause investigations and design FMEA’s;
Secure the cross functionality within technology areas, purchasing, manufacturing, sales and other technology sites.
