Are graduated in Engineering, Business or equivalente;
Have proven knowledge and experience in project management (waterfall, agile,hybrid). If in the automotive sector, it will be a plus;
Present Project Management certifications (e.g.master /post graduation, PMP, Agile Framework) as a plus;
Are welcoming problems, have a lean and continuous improvement mind set as well as knowledgeable of the some basic tools for problem solving;
Demonstrates strategic thinking, planning and execution capabilities as well as autonomy and self-development;
Are capable to clearly communicate, verbally and in writing, indifferent levels of the organization with different cultures as well as listen and motivate others;
Are a good negotiator, resilient and capable of managing conflicts on a pressing environment.
ATIVIDADES
Secure that QDCF manufacturing requirements and targets are defined, taken in account and met;
Define key GTO activities together with the GTO project team. Focus is on manufacturing “unique” activities (e.g. assembly equipment) but also on cross-functional or cross-lines activities;
Secure manufacturing & logistics deliveries in agreed project time frames. (production equipment, project builds, Inbound Logistics, manufacturing related activities in Supply Chain, Workforces Trainings, …etc…);
Lead and coordinate common cross-GTO sites activities and the related deliveries;
As a key interface with GTT, GTP and Brands, secure that manufacturing deliveries are consistent with others and that common activities are synchronized;
Secure main manufacturing milestones and deliveries (level2 time plan) are defined up to the end of the project and secure they are executed in line with project main time plan;
Proactively challenge all line organizations to meet agreed project milestones;
Secure Manufacturing capacity for SP-start (volumes and quality), including potential extra activities (e.g campaigns);
Secure projects costs (R&D and CAPEX) are defined up to the project contract and monitor them to stay within the agreed frame;
Secure GTO resources involved in projects;
Secure information flow, team spirit and common understanding of strategies in the manufacturing teams;
Interact on a daily base with other line organizations involved in the Project;
Lead a cross-functional core team of approx. 5 to 15 people in charge of main manufacturing deliveries;
Remove road blocks within the project team and take decisions within his scope of authority;
Through leadership skills, provide motivation and direction to the manufacturing teams involved in the Project;
Report project status, request support and make recommendations to the members of GTO decision meetings;
Lead a cross-functional risk analysis and proactively monitor the risks all along the projects;
Secure that project management tools are used according to the needs in order to meet project targets;
Analyses of DCNs (Design Change Note);
Product structures Creation within production enviroment;
Set up introduction dates according projects planning and logistic strategy;
Create purchasing requirements and cotation notes for productive parts;
Support production start up events;
Control level of obsoletes parts within project introductions;
