• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Production, Mecatronic);
• Postgraduate in Engineering or MBA (Nice to have);
• Strong knowledge in serviceability of components electrical and Mechanical;
• At least 3 years working experience in Consumer Service, or Quality, or R&D operations;
• Advanced Office skills (Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint);
• fluent in English;
• Intermediate in Spanish (Nice to have).
