Education in Engineering (Mechanical /Electrical /Mechatronics /Production);
PMP® certification is desirable but not mandatory;
Several years of product development experience with the capability to lead technical development;
Experience in development in automotive industry, Truck or Heavy vehicle experience preferred;
Strong drive and energy level with ability to create a high performing working culture;
A leader with courage, integrity who can lead and drive changes together with the team;
Team oriented with proven interest in people development;
Result oriented and Always looking for improvements in our way of working;
Understand the need of stakeholder management in different levels;
Proven ability to communicate effectively and with good influencing skills;
Well-organized, self-motivated leader with excelente presentation skills;
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

The responsibility includes the Product Modifications, Project Management for all Vehicle Engineering team, Product Documentation definitions and approvals, Advanced Engineering development and Special Vehicle Development.
