• Mechanical Engineer Degree;
• Experience in automotive products as product development engineer;
• Knowledge and experience on Product development with Metallic Structural components, brackets and fixing elements;
• Basic knowledge on manufacturing process for metallic structural components (stamping, aluminum die casting, etc);
• Basic knowledge on structural analysis and fasteners joints calculation;
• Application of Quality tools (Risk analysis, DFMEA, etc.);
• 3D CAD knowledge, preferable software PTC/CREO (Pro/E);
• Fluent in English (Written & Verbal);
• Show high interest in technology development, product enhancement, truck business and its applications;
• Customer focus as well as quality and cost improvement mindset;
• Curious, creative, open minded and communicative;
• Knowledge on Agile methodology;
• Ability to work both independently, with cross functional teams and different stakeholders;
• Eager to learn quickly when facing new problems, analyzing areas for improvements and quickly adapt to changes;
• Flexibility to perform a wide range of tasks, and accepting new challenges, responsibilities and assignments.

• You will be responsible and lead the development of Metal Structural Components;
• Provide technical solutions and design work in CAD;
• Elaborate documentation (3D models, drawings, technical regulations, technical descriptions, product structure and releases);
• Utilize existing engineering tools, methods and processes;
• Develop and share technical competence with other development sites;
• Control product cost and support budget estimation;
• Ensure the design fulfills the business targets and requirements;
• Elaborate validation plans and project timing plan;
• Support Design Reviews, participate in risk analysis, root cause investigations and DFMEA;
• To play a key role in a cross-functional network regarding the technical area;
• Secure a continuous optimization of product quality and cost;
• Make use of and apply Agile methodology.
