• Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering Degree or equivalent;
• Engineering experience in automotive vehicle dynamics systems such as brakes, suspension and steering;
• Knowledge of HW integration: CAN communication, Calibration & parametrization;
• Knowledge in vehicle data acquisition and analysis;
• Broad experience as product development engineer in the automotive industry;
• Application of Quality tools (Risk analysis, DFMEA, Root Cause Analysis, etc.);
• Fluent in English (Written & Verbal);
• International and multi-cultural experience with a global and cross functional organization.

• Be responsible and lead the development of Vehicle Control Systems in the Vehicle Dynamics area;
• Provide technical solutions that fulfills the business targets and requirements;
• Execute troubleshooting routines;
• Develop and share technical competence with other development sites;
• Control product cost and support budget estimation;
• Develop validation plans and project timing plans;
• Participate in risk analysis, root cause investigations and DFMEA;
• To play a key role in a cross-functional network;
• Secure a continuous optimization of product quality and cost;
• Release product documentation (SW, parameters, technical regulations);
• Make use of and apply Agile methodology.
