REQUISITOS
• Engineering degree Mechanical/Production;
• Strong supplier quality experience, preferably in the automotive industry;
• Proficiency in automotive quality standards and tools, including IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, and process audit;
• Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.
ATIVIDADES
• The Supply Network Quality department, under Group Trucks Purchasing, drives the global supplier base toward premium automotive quality standards, ensuring continuous improvement in the quality of purchased parts;
• Evaluating and developing supplier lines and facilities to meet Volvo standards;
• Supporting new part developments and ensuring adherence to specifications and robust manufacturing processes;
• Leading continuous improvements and managing deviations in supplier performance;
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders and suppliers;
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the Supply Network Quality Global Network, staying updated with new technologies and industry standards;
• The role entails building a network with various partners and contributing to the team’s regional performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.
